Online Classes Start on March 30

· Classes

Hello RDA Families,

We hope you are all safe and well. We are praying for you all & know with faith & hope things will get better. Please give our love to our RDA dancers and let them know we miss them and we will see them soon!

As the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve daily, the health of our families and dancers, as well as the health of our staff and teachers, remain top priority to us. We are excited to announce that we will continue with virtual classes starting Monday, March 30, 2020 on-line via ZOOM and your dancers will be able to log in and dance with us from home.

We are happy we have found a way our dancers can keep moving while home, connect with us here at RDA, stay in shape and keep active! The ZOOM classes, information and access to our virtual classes is for current RDA students only. Please email or call us if you do not have the information needed to log on to ZOOM.

We are doing our best to follow CDC recommendations on how to proceed daily and will also do our best to keep our RDA families informed as to when we can resume classes on site at RDA. We really miss seeing you all and cant wait to see you via ZOOM! We know things will improve and get better. We will all be here at RDA dancing again before we know it! We have been working hard to make this transition as easy and simple as possibly.

When we do return to RDA we will have a wide variety of classes of all styles for each age group and level available daily. We will work with parents and dancers and accommodate schedules as much as we can when we return to give each dancer make up lessons and also allow as much time as needed to make up the lessons. This will be a great chance to try out a new class, style of dance or teacher if you would like once we get back and the situation has improved.

Reminders of the ways we will keep RDA safe when we return to RDA-

We are committed to providing a safe and healthy environment. The studio is wiping down barres between classes, adding hand sanitizer to all classrooms, lobby, restrooms and front desk area, consistently disinfecting mats and props, monitoring students health while at RDA and trying to keep the students at a distance from one another as much as possible. Studio deep cleanings have taken place and will continue. We will do our best follow CDC recommendations on how to proceed daily.

-Please keep your children at home for at least 24 hours after they show no signs illness if they have been sick.

-Please remind and encourage your children to wash their hands frequently for at least 20 seconds at a time especially before eating and avoid sharing food and drinks

-Please remind your kids to cover their nose and mouth when sneezing 🤧 or coughing and wash/disinfect their hands afterwards

-Your child should stay home if they have the following symptoms:

Fever over 100 degrees

Sneezing/runny nose

Vomiting or diarrhea (within the last 24 hours)

Additionally, if your child missed school because they did not feel well, or displayed the above-mentioned symptoms, they should also be kept home from their class(es) at RDA. If a child is brought to class with any of these symptoms, they will not be allowed to participate in class and will be sent home. An opportunity to make-up the absence will of course be available.

Again, thank you for being a part of our RDA Dance family and sharing the love and joy of dancing with us! We appreciate you all and your patience, support and understanding at this time and your cooperation to keep RDA open & going!

Together we will overcome this and be dancing again stronger than ever!
